Step One – soaking

First of All you must soak or marinate the chicken. Take a bowl and add these ingredients in it ( Chicken, Yogurt, red chili powder, salt, cumin, garam masala turmeric and coriander powder). Mix them and leave them for 30 minutes.

Take a pot and add half rice in it, add cooked chicken in a pan of half rice. Now add mint leaves, fried onions and coriander Leaves. At the end add remaining rice in a pot and cover it with Led and leave them on heat for 22 to 25 minutes.

At the last step add fried onions and mint leaves to make biryani Garnish in a pot.
